This revolutionary nozzle welds approximately 10’ per minute which is 3 times faster than conventional speed tips. This is made possible by the use of multiple pre-heating jets next to the welding tip (as shown).

The Super TURBO Nozzle is designed to be operated at the maximum temperature (600° C ) on the welding gun. For Linoleum/Marmoleum
we recommend a temperature of 350° C.

The new TURBO Precision Nozzle is specially designed for use on flooring materials with a Urethane finish. It has 13 Pre-heating jets that deliver the hot air with precision into the groove thus eliminating unnecessary burning/scorching on top of the material. The TURBO Precision Nozzle can also be used with our TURBO Caddy. This is one of the unique features of our TURBO Automatic Caddy and this is a perfect solution in welding Urethane finished floors.

It is designed to be operated at the maximum temperature of 600º C on the welding gun.

This new state of the art TURBO Detail Nozzle was designed specially for finishing short areas such as: ends, flash cove and doorways where our TURBO Precision Nozzle doesn't reach. It is designed for free hand and it welds urethane finish materials without scorching.

For best results use it at maximum temperature setting on your welding gun (600°C)
